100% Whole Grain Breakfast Bowl

Makes 1 large serving (or 2 small servings)
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons quinoa, rinsed
2 tablespoons amaranth grain
2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Toppings: milk and fresh fruit
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a rice cooker and cook until water is absorbed; top with milk and fresh fruit, if desired.
